I think Bob is a little off here, and I’ll share my position:

Your job as a software developer is to solve problems by generating software. We’ve always had tools to help us write software faster, and the LLM can write code even faster now

Some of us take joy and pride in how we solve these problems like a puzzle or a game. That’s a fun way to view our careers and stay motivated

Solve more problems, more faster, with more quality and you’ll be a more valuable software professional. Your tools do not define you

I’ve spent this morning tweaking more of DayFrame and I’m working on a Mac version as well as a bunch of appearance improvements

The preview 3 version included a new Mass Transit module so you can get bus and train schedules.

I’ve got my first cut of DayFrame working on a Mac. It’s not great…

Yet…

But I have live tiles on a Mac!
