It is very important and not enough for you to only know how to make money but is another skill for you to also know how to manage and multiply it.
Earning money is one skill; managing and growing it is another. And both are essential for long-term financial success.
In any space you find yourself, learn how to RESEARCH!!!
Like any markets, be it crypto, forex or IRL, you can't simply buy into every products, coin or tokens you see out there, just because there's a crowd buying it, the product is gaining attention and people are talking about it.
Two things are involved;
1. It's either you've missed the entire show (when price was low and early) and every few people where on it.
2. You are rushing in to ape or buy when there's not enough profits for you to gain (price is high and everyone is taking profits already). In most cases you don't make any profits at all, Now you're the exit liquidity.
Bear markets are for Believers is not a joke. You just need to have great understanding, value and knowledge when you invest into anything in a bear market because you believe in whatever they are building.
You can make crazy amount of money at any given time and lose more if you can't see ahead in this space (especially in a bear market).
As a researcher these are times where you spend hours looking at your screens trying to understand the narratives or catalyst behind certain coins, protocols & chains. To know what is driving adoption or attention, and to know why people are throwing money at it.
MONEY FLOW TO THOSE WHO VALUE IT.
And to value it means you are willing to spend time to learn & understand the things you're investing into. You can't keep throwing money at every opportunity you see or you'll go rekt.
The key pattern is that bear-market winners are usually creating new demand while everyone else is losing it.
History also shows that most previous bull-market favorites never reclaim their highs. So stay liquid, keep learning & DYOR!
