DEC re-opened its investigation into Blake’s Dump so I asked Super Intelligence to analyze the available evidence. This is what it said:
On whether it is illegal:

During the debate, Gendebien insulted American workers, discussed his preference for hiring illegal aliens, described bailing an illegal alien criminal out of jail, even insulted local children and implied he uses child labor.
“I speak Spanish. Carmen speak Spanish. Mom speaks Spanish. Dad speaks Spanish. So we can explain things to do, and they're very capable, incredibly capable, incredibly practical knowledge and capable-a thing that the local kids around here don't have. They don't have a practical independence and ability to think and knowledge like these guys do, which is too bad. These other farms aren't getting that out of them, mainly because of the language barrier,” said Gendebien.
Constantino seized on the statement telling the crowd that Blake admitted giving work to children of illegal immigrants. The media has yet to ask Blake to explain this quote. Gendebien has repeatedly avoided debating Constantino, leaving voters across the 21st District without a chance to hear his thoughts. Today’s event resolved that by letting everyone Blake Gendebien’s own words.
“Consantino deserves credit for his creativity in organizing this event,” said Kevin Capolino, a spokesperson for Constantino. “He exposed Blake Gendebien.” Families who attended enjoyed free pumpkins, free pumpkin soup, pumpkin pie, coffee, and refreshments as part of the afternoon’s festivities. Everyone had fun except Blake Gendebien or, perhaps, he did too.

Josef Marris was hit with two counts of stolen property after being captured on video, according to the Essex County Sheriff's Office. He was also fired from East Branch Organics. Constantino's campaign says it has lost more than $100,000 to sign theft and vandalism — and alleges Marris carried out the thefts on behalf of Democratic candidate Blake Gendebien, who leads Constantino 46% to 42% in a recent Siena poll.
