The seller has committed fraud with me. They showed me one product but sent a completely different/wrong item. I tried calling and contacting them on WhatsApp, but they are now completely unresponsive.

If a seller sends an incorrect, unwanted, or potentially prohibited item, would Delhivery deliver it without any verification?

Please clarify your verification process and also share the seller’s pickup/registered address from where you received this parcel.
