After 19 years in coaching, I stepped away this spring to spend more time with my family.
I loved coaching. I didn’t love how much time it took away from everything else.
That’s a big reason I built ONE MORE.
An AI assistant that learns how YOU coach and helps turn what’s in g you can actually use, in a fraction of the time.
The goal is simple: help coaches coach at a high level without letting coaching consume their lives.
Here’s a 30-second look at what we’re building 👇
I’m opening the first wave of beta testing now.
If you’re interested in being one of the first coaches to try ONE MORE, fill out the form below or shoot me a DM!!

Interesting hearing Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla talk about how he uses Claude to challenge his thinking, evaluate past practices, and grow as a coach.
That's exactly why I built ONE MORE.
Same capabilities, but built specifically for basketball coaches. No complicated prompts. It already knows your philosophy, terminology, team, and priorities.
AI shouldn't just give you answers. It should help you become a better coach.
And it shouldn't be difficult to use.
Try it for free today getonemorecoach.com

@coachjdasinger will be joining me on the @ChampionshipVi4 show
People ask how I came up with ONE MORE.
The short answer: it started with mica, not basketball.
After 19 years in education, I left coaching to work for my father-in-law’s mineral processing business. I used AI to help rebuild his website, but quickly learned something a. It didn’t know his business.
So we built a bot using his documents, notes, and philosophy. Now AI could answer questions the way he would.
That gave me an idea.
What if I did the same thing with basketball?
I had spent 10 years as a head coach. I knew the game, the challenges, and what coaches needed.
That’s how ONE MORE started.
ChatGPT knows basketball.
ONE MORE knows your basketball.

Braves Twitter is in full force assigning blame in a series that isn’t even over yet. A lot can still happen.
But if we’re handing out blame early, I’m personally putting this one on Mike Bobo.

End the handshake line "tradition" at every level in every sport. And do not lecture me on the need to show sportsmanship. If you know you know - there are more effective ways to teach kids "competitive respect" than forcing everyone into tight quarters immediately after a game

Were glad to have @coachjdasinger as one of our @ChampionshipVi4 partners
Been pretty quiet about ONE MORE the last couple weeks.
That’s been intentional.
We’ve got 45+ coaches signed up and using it, and I’ve spent more time listening to them and making ONE MORE better than trying to sell it.
I was never much of a salesman as a coach either. I telling people how good our teams were. You usually found out when you played us.
I feel the same way about ONE MORE.
So for the month of October, we’re making it easy to find out for yourself.
Try it FREE. No card. No commitment.
Put your team in. Upload your stuff. Ask it real questions. Challenge it.
See if it actually helps you coach and gives you some time back.
You have to test it to trust it
