Tired of saying it privately. Listen, if you wanna be a HC ask why. Is it title and money? Fine. Take it. If you like to win, understand you cannot without an administration that provides you with slots in the building and support. Young coaches, find your why with your goals.

Enough is Enough. @HaydenTumminia & @Tristen_Payne19 are THE most underrated guys in GA. A DAWG is a DAWG regardless of metrics. If you’re an FCS, G5, Ivy, Patriot, D2, & not willing to recruit these two, don’t come back to Milton. As my players know, if I say it, it’s gospel.

Unpopular opinion. Just get rid of all state and all region teams or fix the process. I am tired of explaining to players and parents that they were denied bc of politics. Coaches especially are more worried about job security than awarding the best players. Do better.

Coached with him on my team and against my team. I prefer on my team. Very fast and disciplined. Excellent route runner/returner and has all the makings of an excellent cover corner as well. Very huge upside to taking a shot on this guy.

One perk of being a cheer dad is getting a sneak peak at the future of Milton Football. Big shout out today to Ethan on his two sack performance and congrats to all the 5th graders who blew out Kell 52-0!

Then make them free.
Why do coaches want you at their camp?
We won’t offer until after senior year UNLESS we see you in person. We would rather have you at our camp so all of us can evaluate you instead of just one of us watching.
If the DB coach sees a RB but the RB coach, OC and HC never sees him he will only go so high on the board.
Could he still get an offer? Yea for sure but he will never max out his money without all eyes on him.
You want everyone pounding the table for you to receive the offer instead of just one person.

And yet that’s what we think success looks like. Then you wake up and think “oops.”
“You’ll prep all week for a game but won’t prep at all for having a great night at home with your wife and kids.
So how you do anything is absolutely not how you do everything.”
Real talk convo with my guy @bgradkowski5. Listen to the whole pod!
