🚩Observation with eSRT is the SOC
🚩 ST-ADT + WPRT improves DFS and should be use in all pts undergoing SRT (particularly those with high-risk)
🚩N1 recurrence can be treated with ADT+SBRT or ADT+ Nodal RT
🚩sLND associated with limited long-term DFS, benefit of differing ADT initiation?
🚩High-risk pts (PSADT<9mo) best treated with ENZA monotherapy or ENZA+ADT
