I added tracing to our tests, specifically to speed up container startup times. Looks like we're paying over half a second in every test, just to call `docker-compose` 😅

Most of our tests reuse a single mysql container, but some tests need isolated databases cause they do full table queries.
Until now we used fully isolated containers for that, but that's really overkill if you can just use isolated logical databases within the same container

We capture every single api key verification, http request or ratelimit decision in clickhouse. Maybe that's overkill...
but it comes in really handy when making any larger change to these systems cause I can just synthetically replay the exact production traffic patterns to compare their latency, accuracy to give us more confidence in shipping
