I built a @NousResearch Hermes workflow that my team at @Box uses to track AI trends.

Every day at 7am, it researches what's happening across the AI ecosystem and generates a brief for our team.

We use it to identify:
• AI trends worth paying attention to
• Open source um
• New tools developers are adopting
• Content opportunities to work on next

I've been building agentic workflows for months, and this is one I've actually integrated into my team's daily workflow.

Here's how I built it:

I can't remember how I survived before getting @1Password
Ok, @1Password is all over my timeline. Who uses them? The new agent feature looks good.

However

The single point of failure makes me nervous. What do I need to know?

Uhh @crtr0 can I leave my booth and listen to this talk? 🤩
The Model Is Only the Beginning by @charlierguo, Developer Experience @OpenAI

Join us at the BoxWorks Dev Summit for Charlie's keynote talk on how tools, sandboxes, skills, and memory turn increasingly capable AI agents into useful collaborators—and reshape how we work.

Enterprise AI gets useful when understanding a document leads to action. Deciding which action requires fast decisions. Our work with Box Extract and OpenAI’s Decisions API explores that fast-decision layer - and turning doc understanding into an automated workflow.

We saw ~5× faster route selection, with the same accuracy. Lower-confidence cases went to reviewers.

Great to see this work featured in OpenAI’s launch. Thanks to the Box and OpenAI Developers teams!
Since the beta, we’ve added new capabilities to the Decisions API so you can now use:

• Native GPT-Live integration so voice apps can react as people speak.

• Prompt caching to help lower costs when reusing context.

• Native JSON inputs so you can pass structured app data directly.

• Images in individual question instructions so you can compare multiple images against a shared reference.

• Up to 400 questions per request so you can make twice as many decisions in a single call.

Box and @awscloud are bringing Box Agent Skills to @kirodotdev through compatibility with Kiro Powers.

Developers building Box integrations get Box-specific guidance baked into their agentic development environment: APIs, authentication patterns, content workflows, and Box AI ns the governed source of truth and maintains existing permissions and controls throughout.

Everything he said
“The systems of record that agents have access to will grow in importance, because you will want to make sure that those systems are governing the rules of the road for these agent swarms to operate in.”

@levie on @CNBC discussed why enterprise ROI from agent swarms relies on them.

Here's a new AI app stack you can dive into this week.

File systems coupled with LLMs become a powerful backend for apps.

@Box ran a hackathon with @awscloud and challenged hackers to explore this new concept.

I came out of this hackathon inspired and fired up for whats possible with this new stack.

Read about it here 👇

went to the @Box + @AWS agentic enterprise AI hackathon this past weekend and got 2nd :O

getting better slowly but surely, but this was a really fun experience, def want to do more hackathons in the future

We built FairHouseAI, it checks affordable-housing income files, hind every finding, and walks the reviewer through each one.

Literally saw this dude ship a slick hackathon judging app right before judging started.
I was a judge for the @Box and @awscloud Agentic Enterprise Hackathon this weekend. Congrats to all the hackers!!

@crtr0 and I hacked a little app for judges and hosted it on charming. I took us about five minutes.

You can really create the perfect app just when you need it.

With AI, everyone is basically forced to learn how to become a CEO or an executive of a company.

Agents are smarter in specific tasks. But they rely on you to know what to focus on.

I forgot how fun it is to brainstorm building apps with devs in real life.

Especially when you are talking about new app stacks using @Box as the data layer and @awscloud for agent runtime.

Turns out, file storages can replace structured db when coupled with LLMs.

Its's ight.

I just automated deal room acquisition screening with @Box & @digitalocean Managed Agents.

Drop a new file in the deal room → Triggers the sandbox agent to wake up and rebuild the review memo with the latest info.

No more stale deal room memos.

Full setup deep dive video coming soon.

yeah AI agents are no longer just chats anymore.

Imagine a sandbox agent opening cloud files with an ordinary file path.

That's Box Mount.

Box Mount gives sandbox agents ordinary file paths to cloud files in @Box without building a download and upload workflow.

In this demo, an reads deal room documents locally and writes a diligence memo back to the cloud.

All through Box Mount.
