@chebit datamodel have changed for this release, removed four tables (Vertice, OntologyModel, DefaultStructure, AutogeneratedStructure).No more secondary ChEBI ids in any tables(now mapped to primary ids).Relations are mapped to compounds. Please refer bit.ly/2om5jzy
