This reminds me of all the Boston-area middle schoolers in 2024 who swore they'd been waiting "forever" for the Celtics to win another title.

Essentially, JT becomes a 2-year rental. Just like AJ Brown. Would I do it? 100 times out of 100.
🚨The Patriots are in on Jonathan Taylor

New England is the surprise team that recently called Indianapolis about the star running back. The Colts continue holding out for a 2027 first-rounder or equivalent value, but that offer hasn’t come yet. The Patriots have shown a TreVeyon Henderson along with draft capital in a potential blockbuster.

Would you make that deal if the Colts finally budge?

Everybody knows Phil Leotardo did 20 years in a Miller Lite can. You'd think he would've mentioned it once or twice. #IYKYK

RIP Friend. You looked me when I was nothing but rage and adamantium and decided I was worth saving anyway. Spent years getting into my head just to remind me the claws weren't the whole story. Rest easy, Professor. 🕯️ #RIPPatrickStewart

"Lite-a-Mania" (1989)

The Miller Lite ad campaigns of the 70's and 80's were pure marketing genius. The days when you were allowed to have a sense of humor in America.

"hard to believe I'm winning...."

Bill O'Brien on Sal Frelick: "He was a hell of a football player in Lexington. Word on the street, he told us that they wanted him to play football here at Boston College, too. Just an unbelievable guy. Really what BC is all about. I’m sure he would be the first to tell you that. Kind of a self-made guy. Grew up in Lexington, great high school athlete, came to Boston College, got better and better and better, and now he’s a world champion."

Watched “A shot in the dark” as a kid and the nudest colony segment gave me some feels.
Elke Sommer, the German-born actress who starred in several major 1960s films like “The Prize” with Paul Newman and the “Pink Pnther” sequel “A Shot in the Dark” with Peter Seller, has died. She was 85.

Elke Sommer (Maria Gambrelli) and Peter Sellers (Inspector Jacques Clouseau) in the unforgettable naked traffic jam scene from the 1964 comedy classic “A Shot in the Dark”. Widely regarded as one of the franchise's signature moments, it remains one of the most memorable physical 11-film Pink Panther series.

Paul Gaston's ownership record in the 1990s left plenty to be desired, but it's great to see the Celtics' Shamrock Foundation continuing to make a positive impact. It's also great to see the new ownership group carrying forward the charitable legacy Gaston helped start. Not every legacy is written on the scoreboard.

BR Dubs has spoken.....
The Celtics announced what they called "a historic gift of more than $200 million" to Boston Children's Hospital.

Bill Chisholm: "The Celtics have historically been defined by the concept that true legacy is more than what happens on the court. Boston Children’s and the Celtics takes every single one of us to achieve our most ambitious goals. This gift is our commitment to the next generation in Boston and far beyond. We all win when we invest in our children’s futures."
