Lena Dunham is officially reviving "Girls” at HBO for a five-episode season.

this is so true. don't just blast a partiful! be intentional and bring a good vibe!
imo this kind of community has to be built over time and in smaller groups first. if someone a few doors down invites everyone to everything, participation always feels nonessential. you gotta make one-to-one bonds, start introducing those people to each other, etc.
