A useful workflow record should survive a worker being replaced. Keep the input snapshot, decisions and artifact references separate from the component doing the work.

Dynamic workflows let an agent organize work across phases. I would still define the deliverable, permitted actions and acceptance rule outside the generated plan. That is the control plane.

My coding agents just had a conversation without me.

One researched. The other planned off it. I never typed a word.

That’s BAND for developers. Claude Code(@claudeai) and Codex (@OpenAI ) handing work to each other in one room, zero relay.

Keep your agents. Lose the build here, download button on the page: band.ai/use-cases/band…

Keep your agents, keep your terminal. Nothing to rip out.

Pages 2-3 are the real Claude Code commands most users never open:
/agents /skills /mcp /hooks

That's where a chatbot becomes an agent system 🧵

The last page is the point:

1. Save the codes as commands
2. Put your rules in CLAUDE.md
3. Run every build on the loop: Context → Plan → Build → Test → Verify → Ship

The model was never the advantage.
The system around it is.

Then the operator pages: Write Better, Learn, Content, Brand & Business —
and Workflows To Copy: repo audit, feature build, bug triage, safe deploy.

A workflow is a prompt you only write once.

Think Better. Research With Receipts. Plan & Spec. Build, Test & Ship.

Every page ends with what you learn and what you get.

My most-used page is Research: /sourcecheck /factcheck /evidence /verify.
An answer is not evidence.

A timeout doesn’t mean your AI agent’s action failed.
Blind retry can duplicate the action. Reconcile first: inspect the destination, verify the result, and pause if it’s still unknown.
Same agent. Different recovery logic.

What does “done” mean in your agent workflow: the tool returned success, the destination changed, or the intended business outcome happened? Those aren’t always equivalent. Which one do you verify?

A retry budget limits attempts. It doesn’t prevent duplicates. Give each operation a stable ID and check the destination before repeating it. If you still can’t establish the outcome, preserve “unknown” as a real state.

Enterprise AI has been missing a critical layer.

Not a better model. Someone who owns the work after the demo.

@unframe just named it: the Applied AI Lab. Your team owns the business problem. The lab owns keeping up with AI.

I build AI agent systems for a living.
The hard part was never the agents. It's knowing when they're wrong.
ZyG's new ZyG Score gets that right: 500+ agents size up your market, then real shoppers and real ad spend check the call.
Agents propose. Customers decide.

Brands doing $1M+ online with a $40+ AOV get the ZyGnal report free.

The top 500 get a ZyG-funded test with real U.S. shoppers.

I stopped pricing voice agents per minute.

Five real calls to ours, running Kimi K2.6, cost 35 cents total. One of them booked a real meeting.

My team wired an AI receptionist onto a real phone number with @telnyx. It recognizes the caller, pulls open slots from a live ting and logs a summary.

Per minute, voice AI looks like a phone bill.
Per booked meeting, it's a pipeline decision.

Voicemail isn't a phone feature. It's where pipeline goes to wait.

The model never decides who gets booked. Caller identity comes from the phone number, server-side.

The agent doesn't replace whoever takes the meeting. It makes sure there's a meeting to take.
