For years people dragged Buyako Saka for not playing for Nigeria but he was saving lives quietly.

While the noise was loud, he was funding medical cares and surgerical operations with Bigshoe that changed children's lives in Nigeria and beyond.

Few of his humanitarian works: 120 plus operations for children — inguinal hernias, umbilical hernias, brain tumours.
–Rwanda, 2026: health check-ups for more than 580 plus health insurance for more than 1000 people, same year, Saka also funded clean drinking water, a girls' room, and a renovated football pitch stand and library at a school there.
–In 2025, eye care for children across Ghana, Nigeria and Rwanda.
–In 2024: one hundred operations for children in Kenya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Tanzania—that one was joint with Antonio Rüdiger.

–In Turkey, 2023: shelters for 26 families after the earthquake.
–In Morocco, 2023: fifty homes housing 84 families and 89 children displaced by the quake. And more and more.

Bukayo Saka was given the Socrates Award at the ballon d'Or for his humanitarian efforts in Nigeria and beyond.

The lesson—it's that doing good doesn't need an audience or a stage in your home country. It needs consistency. He kept going when nobody was clapping for it, and the world eventually noticed, keep doing what's right even when it looks like nobody's watching, because at the end of the day, it will turn out well.

While people argued he was going good, consistently, even when the criticism is loud and the thanks is silent. Because the world may not see it today, but it sees it eventually. Saka kept going when nobody was watching—and now the whole world is watching.

Keep doing good. It always turns out well. 🎉
Thank you Bukaya Saka ❤️

The first time I tried cum, it was such a great experience that I haven’t stopped since.

I never thought I would be writing a story like this, but sometimes life introduces you to experiences you never expected to enjoy.

The first time I tasted cum was during an intimate moment with someone I trusted. Honestly, I was curious, a little nervous, and unsure of what to expect. We had been getting closer for a while, and the chemistry between us was undeniable.

When the moment finally came, I discovered that the experience was different from what I had imagined. What made it special wasn't just the curiosity I had finally satisfied; it was the trust, affection, and comfort we shared. There was no pressure, no judgment, and no feeling that I had to prove anything.

Afterward, I couldn't stop thinking about how something I had once wondered about had become an experience I was comfortable exploring with my partner.

Since then, I've learned that intimacy is about more than physical attraction. It's also about communication, mutual respect, and feeling safe enough to be yourself with another person.

Of course, everyone has different preferences, and that's perfectly fine. What one person enjoys might not be for someone else. The important thing is making choices freely, respecting boundaries, and ensuring both partners feel comfortable.

Looking back, that first experience taught me something about curiosity, trust, and discovering what I like without being ashamed of myself.

Now I'm curious about you: Have you ever tried something for the first time and wondered why you waited so long?

While we were in the kitchen, she suddenly brought up the issue of the missing money. She told me my roommate had explained everything to her and started advising me about taking things that didn’t belong to me. I was already tired and irritated, so I told her that the matter was between me and my roommate. I also told her that she wasn’t part of the issue and should respect our boundaries.

Unfortunately, my roommate walked into the kitchen at that exact moment. 😭 He didn’t even ask what had happened before getting angry with me for disrespecting his girlfriend. He defended her immediately and told me I should apologise. I refused because I felt she had no business discussing our private issue with me. The two of them eventually left the kitchen together, and I just continued what I was doing.
The argument became so serious that he stopped talking to me properly for almost a week. I kept wondering why he would accuse me of something I didn’t do. I didn’t have any reason to steal from someone who was practically my closest person on campus. I eventually tried to forget about the whole issue because I didn’t want another fight. Then about a month later, our department organised a small get-together on campus. 🎉

My roommate invited his beautiful girlfriend, so she came around with him. While everyone was enjoying themselves, I was in the kitchen helping with the food. His girlfriend came into the kitchen and offered to help me. I was even happy because most people had disappeared whenever it was time to work. 😂
