Politburo or Parrot new update is live 🦜
1. New random events added
Mama Bear (Белая Медведица) has been seen at the station window. She is very interested in your tins.
The teleprinter has more to say. Some telegrams get personal (is the parrot starting to like you?). Some ilosophical.
Some special telegrams give you more options than AUTHENTIC or PARROT: burn them, file them, even answer them. What you choose changes how your story ends.
2. 12 new telegrams, most with spelling and naming errors, as players asked.
3. Fixes and polish all over the station.
Stay focused, comrades. The parrot is out there🫡

Most of you found Politburo or Parrot hard. One missed date, one wrong name, and you're on your way to Kolyma. So the tins on your desk now do something:
1. Stewed meat (Тушёнка) is your second chance. Get caught out with two tins on your shelf and the officer will spare you. tin with Director Volkov's vodka makes the morning after much gentler (lovely zakuska!)
2. Condensed milk (Сгущёнка) is for the hard days. While you read a telegram, tap the tin for a tea break and a colleague pencils in the facts worth checking.
Hint: Save some for the last days of the 14-day shift. That's where the parrot gets clever.
3. Whatever you don't use goes home to your family in Leningrad, and your daughter writes back. If you earned the car permit, well, you'll see..

Guess it’s one of those rare stories on the TL where someone besides the big KOLs actually wins
Yesterday I shared the “Politburo or Parrot” game I built on github, which was inspired by toly’s tweet and everything blew up overnight
Gotta say a huge thank you to whoever routed po, people who played it and shared the feedback, and massive appreciation to @toly - hope you survived those lonely days at the arctic station
So, I claimed my rewards and honestly, I'm blown away as I didn't trade, didn't have supply sent to me - just built something fun and got rewarded. Good things really do happen sometimes
