There is actually a real problem that’s gonna hit in like 20-40 years when boomers expire. Their multimillion dollar homes are gonna be worthless cause no one can afford them, no one wants to move there and the taxes will destroy the inheritor.
This is a massive story that not enough people are talking about in housing.
