We did two in-depth episodes on The Global Story about the midterms.

One on Dem divisions in Michigan. (Long before the wild weekend)
We interviewed Jewish voters. And we also spoke with Arab-Americans (something more news outlets should have also done)

I wrote a thing.
Take a read.

Tomorrow on The Global Story — a return to my political roots.

Most midterms are about domestic issues, like the economy. And this one is, of course too.

But in Michigan — Israel/Gaza has become such a major flashpoint.

We tell the story of how that happened.

It was a reminder of what I loved about campaign reporting — talking to voters about how they make their choices. And some, these last couple of cycles, have been really torn up about their decisions.

Journalist Noah Adams, who hosted NPR's "All Things Considered" for nearly two decades, has died. He was 84.

To millions of radio listeners, Adams was a steady, reassuring voice guiding Americans through historic moments from the fall of the Berlin Wall to the Sept. 11 attacks.
