Somebody was asking me if @schedpilot had a feature where it suggests you posts to become viral.

I told him you dont need that feature, you can make a post go viral straigt from claude, and schedule it straight from claude (or ChatGPT, or any ai agent)

this post ended up doing scheduled straight from claude

I have exhausted all ideas about SEO content.
but here you go again:

- start with google search console
- see the top 10 ranking pages
- make sure you have all those keywords in each page
- solve internal links for the best 10 ranking pages
- build at least 1 backlink for each
ys

thats how you have stuff to work on for every single day

doing the same for all my sites and my customer's

You guys need to listen:

Create content consistently with the things you know best and show how your work can impact other people.

You will attract lots of opportunities

But have the will to do it for months and years in a row without anything in return

I promise you if you stay consistent you will succeed big time.
@asaio87 Hard to post consistently when you're homeless, brother.

dude, i literally say people living in their cars with over 1M followers on instagram.

they do that on purpose.

present that on instagram and youtube, and I can assure you that in 6-12 months you will live in a mansion and wish to continue living in your car
Three years ago, I earned $500k/year in tech.

Today, I’m homeless, living in my car.

28 years of experience. Three technical books. AI engineer since the 1990s.

And I can’t find a job.

My story is a warning about the future of work.

The more these people talk about it the more you see they have no idea what they are talking about. Nobody knows for sure.
What's left to do when AI can build everything?

Many things actually!

SEO is boring. I mean like actually boring.

no hacks, no overnight wins. most weeks it’s writing another page, fixing some internal links, and waiting. and waiting some more.

but there is always a page to adjust, always that backlink to build, so that's why it's daily work

and le try to rush it.

i see it all the time. someone has a 10 page site, finds an ai tool or whatever, and suddenly they’re pushing out 100 pages a day.

a month later they’re wondering why traffic didn’t move, or why half those pages never even got indexed.

or why they jump to 50k visits a month, then 2 months later it's mount AI, back down

think about how that looks from google’s side. a tiny site that’s been quiet for a year suddenly grows 10x in a week.

I mean, nothing about that looks natural, because it isn’t.

backlinks are the same story. you go from 5 referring domains to 300 in a month, all with the same exact-match anchor text, half of them from sites that have nothing to do with your niche.

that’s a pattern, and patterns get noticed.

I am telling you that you dont even need that many backlinks if they are good quality for your niche

but here’s the annoying part though. you need both. content and backlinks are still the two things that actually move the rankings.

you just can’t force either of them.

what works for me is pretty simple:

grow content at a pace your site can actually support.

if you’re at 10 pages, adding a few solid pages a week beats dumping 100 overnight. every page should answer something a real person is searching for and be written like its read by humans.

build links like they’d happen on their own. mix up the anchors, get them from sites in your space, spread them out over time. a guest post here, a mention there, a tool or resource people genuinely want to link to or placed into a listicle where it makes sense.

slow and steady sounds like boring advice. it is. that’s kind of the whole point of SEO.

Slow growth but when you zoom out for 12 months, it looks like 2-5-10x increase

you can build an app in a weekend now.
you still can’t make anyone care about it in a weekend.

i keep seeing the same thing over and over.

someone opens claude or chat gpt on friday night

they run a few prompts, and by Sunday they have a production app, dodgy, yes, they drop the link, get like 14 likes.

probably mostly their friends. then nothing.

so they go back and build another app as if the app was the problem. dark mode. better onboarding. stripe. some ai feature. surely the next feature is the one that blows it up.

it never is lol

I built a social media management tool, and the first month just 2 people used it, because almost nobody knew it even existed

ai made building cheap. it did nothing for getting noticed even if other people tell you its so easy now, especially grok bot or whatever hot ai agent right now.

just start bro, thats all you need to do

honestly the marketing part got harder, because now literally everyone with a laptop is launching too. your real competition is that nobody knows you exist.

this is the wall pretty much every vibecoder hits. they can walk you through every screen of their app, but they can’t tell you who it’s for or where those people actually hang out.

the builders i see actually getting users do the boring stuff first. they go find people complaining about the problem on reddit, in slack groups, in the 1-star reviews of competitor apps, in linkedin comments.

they save the exact words people use. then the landing page, the posts, the dms all sound like that.

so by launch day there are already a few people waiting for it.

marketing is how your app gets to an actual human.

skip that and even a really well-built app just sits there with zero users.

before you ship your next feature, go talk to 10 people who’d use it and write down exactly what they say.

the code’s the easy part now.

I am so glad when I get them organically, because that means my SEO works.

custom auction software website SEO is starting to take off finally

- getting 5-8 organic visits a day
- all bottom-of-funnel type of visits
- got around 10 leads this month
- each lead can get $1k-3k out of the gate or go up to 10-20k for a custom build or even more

published specific auction software types of pages (landing pages)
- alternative pages to all sorts of famous auction websites
- how to build all sorts of types of auction sites
- how much do they cost

+

constantly adjusting each page based on GSC

to be honest, I haven't built more than 5 backlinks for this website in the past 2 months, and maybe I should have built a few more, but I want it to grow slowly and look very natural

vibecoder math:

- $200/mo claude
- $40/mo server
- 20 hours/month fixing bugs
- 0 customers
- "i saved $49 on a saas subscription"

customer math:

- $49/mo for the tool
- works on day 1
- 0 hours maintaining it
- 100% of the time spent on growing the business
- focuses on s app

one of them is building software.
the other one is building a business.
yeah, software is really dead.

When building backlinks what are the struggles of seo people ?

thats the thing you tell to VC people to give you funding for your projects

Elon style I guess
I was talking with friends about this

When we're reaching post-AGI where money becomes useless and almost everything free

Money won't be a thing we compete on anymore

I already have group chats where people are competing for how low their RHR is or how high their VO2Max

Or of course how heavy their lifts are

Status will be measured very differently in the future I think

Wasn’t SaaS dead now that you can vibecode your own thing right now ?

I am confused guys.

Top influencer guy here said a few weeks ago that software was dead.

Can we make up our minds already ?
i have no time to maintain all my vibe coded tools

we need a business model where someone else maintains the code and i just pay a monthly fee

SEO is dead, yet my LinkedIn is full of people hiring for SEO roles. Even big AI companies are paying $300K per year for SEO roles.

SEO is more alive than ever

I never do SEO articles without AI.
I mean you would have to be stupid to not use AI

but ai must be used as a writing assistant
here is how I do it:

1/ ask AI to write an article for me with a certain title, give AI as many details as I can, ask it to check the serps to match the search intent, give AI the info I know for sure about that subject/niche

2/ after that take the article and check and correct every mistak, and add my images, or videos where it makes sense

3/ add lists and tables with stuff where it makes sense

4/ correct information and sentences here and there

of course your prompts can be different and sophisticated but I never publish the article as is straight from AI, only if I am doing experiments with some sites (i have those as well)

use ai as a writing assistant vs replacing your entire SEO with it

I am telling you: do internal linking
very few pay attention to this when doing SEO

1/ go to GSC, filter by the target page

2/ check the queries that page ranks for

3/ go in other pages, add these exact queries where it makes sense, and link to the initial page

4/ do this for pages

wait 2-4 weeks

dont forget to build a few backlinks

thats it

I guess this is good news if you are:

- doing development on your agency
- doing SEO for various websites (mine & customers)
- using claude as write assistant
- using claude to do internal linking
- doing all sorts of research
- using it to do content on social media
- conthings with MCP connector

all good and more productivity .. I guess

some pages that target 0 search volume keywords have actual searches and clicks

people should pay more attention to keywords that are below 50 searches a month and are bottom of the funnel

work step by step from there, constantly getting feedback from Google Search Console

its to put in daily work uf your website is more than 30-40 pages which are most sites or at least weekly if your website is under that
