Despite efforts to reunite Kaliyah and Jaicobi with their children, their request to modify bond restrictions was denied following inaccurate information presented by the state and troubling conduct from the judge. This means the painful separation from their precious children continues.

On August 13, we won our case against the ATF.
Now, on October 9, the ATF has issued official guidance extending the impact to everyone in free states.
That means big changes for , and AOWs in states where they’re permitted. Under the new federal guidance, covered items can move forward without a Form 1 or Form 4. SBRs and SBSs can also transfer on a Form 4473 where permitted.
We’re proud of what this lawsuit has accomplished, grateful to everyone who helped make it happen

If a city/county/state doesn't want to spend the next 2-5 years paying out civil lawsuit damages, I'd HIGHLY recommend doing the same.
