There It Is: Judge Gayles has dismissed Donald Trump's lawsuit against the Wall Street Journal/Murdoch WITH PREJUDICE, meaning it can't be re-filed. This case is done.
I am in Miami and attended a key hearing in the Trump vs. Murdoch/WSJ defamation case this morning. Federal judge Darrin P. Gayles did not rule from the bench, but it seems clear from his comments that he is leaning in the direction of dismissing case for a second time. He said he would rule soon.
