it’s fun working only from my phone in another country, and having fixes be pushed out for me to test 🥰

hard things are worth doing well. this is true. but also it is worth it to make software that fits every need you need met vs living with an off the shelf solution that doesn’t hit it all
Here is a tour of my Software Factory (v2) as it is tonight.
Lot to improve here but this is a start! There are native macOS, iOS, Android and Web clients for it.
also featuring name reveal: Maple Factory, inspired by all the work it is to make good syrup, boiling sap down s good. Like your software.

Something I didn't mention is I have a Slack integration and this has been hella handy for quick questions about the code.
Also if I ask it to, or it feels a task is needed it can propose one to be accepted in and worked on.

In the last 24 hours of using my Factory v2 it has:
- Sketched out a basic usable iOS app
- Continued to build out features in the macOS / server / web
- Sentry
- Built foundations for integrations I'm starting now (JIRA, Linear, Slack, Discord, etc etc)
- Android app too

Bunch of UI and UX refinements in the works, and I've gotten great feedback from people I work with that gave even more ideas.
I'm comin' for it all with this thing, eating the pain so folks can build only the good software.

Introduced a panic by adding Sentry error monitoring, which luckily let me know my error reporting worked, but did cause some heck to try to fix lol
