Would you hand your wallet to software that never says no?

What those look like:
→ Limits: rate limits and allowlisted addresses, enforced onchain
→ Checkpoints: clear rules on which Trusted data: an agent is only as good as what it’s fed, and onchain every action can be audited
→ Identity: a new form of identity built for agents
Until then, users bear the cost when something goes wrong.

1. Keep agents on rails that already have protections, like chargebacks and refunds, and start where mistakes can be reversed.
2. Expand today’s it covers agents. That’s an engineering job as much as a legal one.
3. Build on open finance. Standardised, traceable data gives everyone a framework they can trust.
4. Make an agent’s actions traceable, so liability can always be assigned.
5. Supervise agents one by one. Nobody can assess the risk of a whole ecosystem of agents at once.
