Remembering 3 crew & 23 passengers who died onboard Piedmont Airlines Flight 349. The plane crashed on Bucks Elbow Mountain near Crozet, Virginia on October 30, 1959. There was one survivor, Ernest P. “Phil” Bradley, who was seriously injured and found still strapped in his seat.

Remembering the 189 passengers and crew of Lion Air flight JT-610. The Boeing 737 Max 8 took off from Jakarta on a 1 hour and 10 minute flight to Pangkal Pinang on an island chain off Sumatra, but crashed at sea only 13 minutes into the flight. Sending love to families.

Dolores Huerta gave us all of the empathy, care, and encouragement of a mother for workers everywhere, with a fierce love for people that fueled her principled, relentless, strategic action for results that lifted millions of workers and our families. She never gave up, she never gave in and she fought for a better world to her last breath.

Regular self-exams allow you to become familiar with the way your breasts normally look and feel. This makes it easier to identify any changes or abnormalities. Learn the proper technique and perform self-exams regularly, ideally once a month. Report any changes to your health care providers.
