Yes.
Too many $100M+ hacks and industry response times are improving.

One thing worth pointing out tonight amid the Binance hack is how fast the industry leading companies and executives moved.
Within about 40 minutes of the hot wallet drains starting, @tether and @circle had frozen funds tied to it.
@ethena posted within half an hour to tell users where its collateral sits, and shared its exposure about 20 minutes later.
@aave's USDT market on Ethereum was also frozen about an hour and a half in, according to onchain trackers, after the hacker started borrowing against it. (Note: Aave hasn't commented publicly yet)
There's still a lot up in the air, but seeing the industry move this quickly is a positive thing and hopefully means a lot of the funds can be recovered.

It does look like a hack on Binance. Appreciate the quick freeze from Tether (~$971m) and Circle (~$823m).
I don't manage Binance (.com) anymore, but as a shareholder, I expect all user funds will be fully covered.
