Shaka Smart sends recruits a 26-page document before they ever visit campus. Here's how he defines culture and why it works.
"We send them our culture doc. It's 26 pages that lays out who we want to be - who we strive every day to become."
"Culture is simply how we act, That's it."
Culture isn't what you say - it's your behaviors and what you do when it counts.
It's always changing based on what's happening.
"You can have stuff up on the wall, but if it's just words on paper, it doesn't really matter. Our job is to bring it to life."
"The most important component is the people in our room."
It's always about the people. They define whether there is character, teamwork, and resilience on a daily basis

Evan Gluck ('28,MD)📝
True and easy delivery, mixing up leg kick from the stretch position, holding the run game. Flashed ability to land FB & CB in the zone for called Ks & move them to different quadrants. Velocity will continue jump w/ added strength.
FB: 76-79, T80 mph / 2300 rpm: 67-69 mph / 2600 rpm / IVB -4 " / HB -6 "
