We have a ton of black hat sellers and we know for a fact that they're using a website to get incentivized reviews. We want to report them through the "report an issue with this seller" option. I'm wondering if there's any chance this could bite us in the ass? e.g. Amazon shutting down our seller account

Construction estimator will be one of the first jobs made 100x more efficient with AI.
You currently have detailed architectural plans that show framed walls, tile on floors, countertops, and so on.
An estimator looks at those plans and adds it all up, mostly manually, to figure out a price or buy the material needed.
With AI, you can upload a 100-page set of plans and have it spit out, for example, exactly how much hardwood flooring you need in 5 seconds.
It's not a far leap to integrate with a Home Depot API and instantly get a 99% accurate material price.
