Result: Everything imported simply costs more dollars and if origin is USA gets hit with an additional tariff. So, price of goods rises, stores mark it up to profit as well and voila ...now tooth brushes are $20 in the Yukon lol.

The same money printing causes interest rates to rise (like they just did). When this happens mortgages rise, and in turn landlords have no choice but to raise the rent to cover the monthly payment, or face foreclosure on the property
Now add in hyper immigration and you have a market with too much demand, not enough supply with banks literally financially raping the citizenry to try and curb inflation before the financial sytem implodes
All from left wing deficit spending and far left immigration policy
