New #OUResearch from @Wilhelm_Lab explores new findings on the transportation of cancer nanomedicines into solid tumors.

This innovative research paves the way for more effective treatments, leveraging the body's own nutrient highways to fight cancer.

Studying primary human breast cancer, researchers show that tumor-associated endothelial cells take up nanoparticles at a much higher rate than normal endothelial cells.

This finding suggests a way to improve cancer nanomedicine delivery.
