In Asia Pacific, too many young people from key populations still struggle to access HIV prevention services.
Youth-led organizations, like @YouthLEADAP_, are working to help design services and shape decisions that will enable young people to access care.

The goal is clear: a future where everyone can access HIV prevention and treatment, where community-led organizations are recognized and resourced, and where countries can sustain their responses for generations to come. Let’s be ambitious about reform and uncompromising about s, and the hard-won progress of the AIDS response. #UnitedToEndAIDS #PCBSpecial
Reducing costs alone is not reform. We cannot transfer responsibilities to governments and communities without ensuring they have the capacity, resources and accountability to sustain them. We must not dismantle what works before something stronger is in place.
A poorly managed d revert decades of hard-won gains. We must not allow that to happen.

The Working Group has also given us a clear destination: country functions increasingly integrated into national systems and community-led institutions.
That is building capacity for sustainable HIV responses. This is fully consistent with #UN80.
A transformed United Nations s not by the structures it preserves or abolishes, but by the impact we deliver for people.

The transformation of @UNAIDS must do no harm.
The PCB Working Group has shown us a strategic direction: a phased transition, grounded in country realities, co-created and co-led with communities. It must protect and build on what works when the Joint Programme shows up ross countries and regions, the Joint Programme's Cosponsors and the Secretariat are delivering together.
That is worth preserving and strengthening.
