It is not possible to stop "the gangs" and the Channel Crossers within the bounds of the UN Refugee Convention. We must leave it entirely, and then PROSECUTE (fast-track) everyone who enters illegally.
We of the law, and propose a comprehensive and easily-doable programme in chapters 9 and 10 of our book "Protect our Country", (print or eBook) at> amazon.co.uk/dp/B0FJ2GWMD4

6 of these 7 are Commonwealth nations!
1. Why are we taking "refugees" from the Commonwealth?
2. Since they are from the Commonwealth, they will be able to immediately vote at every single election in the UK, whether local, devolved or national.
We have to:
a) Leave the UN Refugee Convention, and effectively end the asylum and refugee programme.
b) End voting rights for Commonwealth citizens.

According to Home Office documents, Labour's new legal refugee routes are 'initially' from the following countries...
Bangladesh
India
Pakistan
Malaysia
Egypt
Uganda
Kenya
Initially, being the key word.
A Restore Britain Government will reach back and deport every single man, woman and child imported into our home from these schemes - regardless of which status they may hold at that stage.
If the law prevents that from happening, Restore Britain MPs will CHANGE THE LAW.
We will remove them all, we will deport them all.
The British people have had enough.

END LEGAL AID FOR NON-CITIZENS!
AFFG Director, Alistair McConnachie writes: Many people will be amazed to know β but not really surprised β to learn that illegal immigrants, asylum seekers, refugees and people who are not British citizens, are all entitled to access free Legal e, by the long-suffering British taxpayers).
For asylum seekers, this covers legal help with their initial asylum claims, and any pre-decision legal assistance. Especially, it covers their Appeals if the first decision fails. This Legal Aid β paid for by us β directly helps them to stay in the country!
WE ADVOCATE
1. Legal Aid should only be available for British Citizens.
2. Legal Aid should not be available for any immigration-related case, whether legal, illegal, or asylum-related.
3. Illegal Immigrants and Asylum Seekers should only have access to legal representation via voluntary "charities" who want to help them, or lawyers who are prepared to work "pro bono". If they can't find anyone to represent them, then they can leave. Naturally, this will also have the added benefit of discouraging a lot of people from trying to claim asylum in the first place!
4. If they are granted official "refugee status" then it will be for the relevant "charity" or lawyer to seek recompense from the individual if they choose. If a publicly-funded lawyer had to be used for some reason, then it will be for the British Treasury to acquire the money back from the refugee.
5. Asylum "Appeals" should be strictly curtailed and no public money should be available for legal representation of the applicants.
The picture on this post is from the Daily Telegraph, 23-10-26. It points out that the State is not keeping any record of the immigration or citizenship status of Legal Aid applicants.
It also notes: "Asylum seekers' eligibility for legal aid has enabled a huge rise in the number of appeals against adverse Home Office decisions. As of June, there were more than 90,000 outstanding immigration appeals for asylum β a near doubling in the past two years."
6. Legal non-citizens should simply NOT be able to acquire any Legal Aid, whether for civil or criminal cases. This is regardless of the fact that they might be in some kind of employment and paying taxes.
HISTORY OF LEGAL AID
Legal Aid was first introduced in England and Wales with the "Legal Aid and Advice Act 1949", and in Scotland with the "Legal Aid and Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1949". Both Acts were given Royal Assent on 30 July 1949.
There was never any understanding, intention, nor expectation at the time, that this benefit would come to be heavily used by illegals, asylum seekers, refugees and even people who were not British Citizens!
Indeed, neither Act framed eligibility in terms of nationality or citizenship. Rather, they used the description "any person" (para 2.1 in both).
As time changed, and as immigration became highly weaponised by its advocates, and as the subject became too controversial to touch β even by the sceptical β and as the publicly-funded Invasion Migration industry of lawyers, NGOs and "charities" solidified and grew in power, the useless British Establishment never saw fit to adjust the law to the changing circumstances.
This generous Legal Aid provision is yet another of the incentives which encourage the flow of mass immigration and asylum.
Defunding this entire Immigration and Asylum Sector of public funds is now a necessity!
While this won't happen tomorrow, the point is to start speaking about it today, in order to normalise what needs to be done in the future.
We examine these matters in chapter 13 of our definitive book "Protect our Country: Policies to Stop Mass Immigration" available at amazon.co.uk/Protect-our-Coβ¦

NED PARFETT, THE BOY IN THE PICTURE
This photograph became one of the iconic images of the Titanic disaster. It shows a boy selling copies of the Evening News, outside the ship's White Star Line offices in London, on the morning of 16 April 1912. He is holding a poster announcing ic event.
But who is the young lad?
Edward "Ned" Parfett was born on 21 July 1896 in Waterloo, London, one of six children to George and Honorah Parfett.
During WW1, he would go on to serve in the Royal Artillery, and it is believed he served in forward reconnaissance. He was "mentioned in dispatches" for his brave conduct during the German Spring Offensive of March 1918.
The citation read;
"The Devotion to duty and good work which has won you this honour does you great credit, and your example is of the greatest value, not only to your battery, but also to the whole of the Royal Artillery."
On this day, 29 October 1918, just 2 weeks before the end of WW1, Ned was due to go on leave. He went to the Quartermaster's Store to pick up a clean uniform, and as fate would have it, a German shell hit the building and killed him outright.
If he had made it back, he would likely have been home for Armistice Day on 11th November.
Prior to his death, he had been recommended for the Military Medal, which he would receive posthumously. He is buried in the British war cemetery at Verchain-MaugrΓ©, northern France.
He had 3 brothers, all of whom enlisted and all of whom survived the war. An article, with pictures of the 4 brothers, appeared in the 20 December 1918 issue of the South London Press.

"Commando" comics ran a series of fictional stories in 2014 to commemorate 100 years, which included a running theme of a newspaper boy "Jimmy Lomas" who signs up, but meets a sad fate, which may be modelled on Ned.
Issue 4767 ends with the words, "Lads like him will be honoured as long as people stop by war memorials, even for just a second, and read their names."

Valuable insight!
WHERE IS THE LOBBY GROUP FOR NATIVE BRITISH?
The indigenous majority has no "lobby group" simply because we always thought that was the role of the British Government in the first place! It seems we were wrong, says Alistair McConnachie of A Force For Good (AFFG).

Mr @andyburnham is FAIRLY SOUND on IMMIGRATION (IF HIS PARTY WILL LET HIM)
"First, in an era of increasing globalisation, free movement has arguably been providing greater benefit to large companies than it has to the most deprived communities. There is nothing socialist about a system of open borders that allows multinationals to treat people as commodities and to move them around Europe to drive down labour costs and create a race to the bottom.
"Secondly, there is a strong case for saying that the immigration system that has developed over time in this country is inherently discriminatoryβit does not treat all migrants equally. Instead, it accords a preferential status to migrants from our nearest neighbours in the context of a policy that seeks to cap numbers. That, therefore, discriminates against those non-EU migrants who seek to come here and who have families here.
"My call to this side of the House is to put forward a plan that treats all people equally and that applies progressive principles to migration. We need to make the argument for an immigration system that allows greater control and that reduces the numbers coming here, but that does so in a fair way. This would be a system that treats all migrants equally, that does not allow peopleβs wages to be undercut, as my hon. Friend said, and, crucially, that continues to welcome people from Europe and around the world to work here. Those are progressive principles that can form the basis of a new immigration policy for the left.
"It is time for many of us on this side of the House to confront a hard truth: our reluctance in confronting this debate is undermining the cohesion of our communities and the safety of our streets. I am no longer prepared to be complicit in that. We need answers to the publicβs concerns, but answers that are based on hope, not hate."

There is nothing socialist about a system of free movement that is used by multi-nationals to undermine wages. WATCH my Brexit speech today.
