Our juicy robot ventures deep into the cosmos!
Intergalactic Machine fuses Galactic Storm and Juice Machine. On top of a specialty blend of our juiciest hops, we added a massive charge of purposefully selected Simcoe lots usually reserved for our Storm series. Our Juice Machine weet aromas from our hand-selected hops while leaving the bitterness behind. It swirls with notes of mango ice cream, papaya, overripe guava, and tropical punch topped with scoops of sherbet.
The Storm series began way back in Brimfield with the fateful brew of Tornado, and over time, we carefully scaled it up into the upper echelon of hop-saturated beers. Storm led to Hurricane, then Super Typhoon, and eventually Galactic Storm. We view these beers as integral to our experiments with cold-side processes. Liquid Juice Machine is a riff on Juice Machine featuring liquid hop concentrate! Pouring a glowing orange into your glass, it bursts with potent tropical notes of mango juice, papaya, passion fruit sorbet, and a bounty of island citrus fruits.
Our Liquid series utilizes potent ur favorite hop growers. It's the same product we use in our Bubble Hop series of N/A seltzers; at the right dosage, it barely increases bitterness while adding a huge burst of fruity flavor and aroma. We like to add a charge of this when we've already pushed our hop saturation to the max with hop flowers, essentially creating a pounds-per-barrel ratio that would have been impossible without it.

It still carries a wallop of juicy e Machine blend of hops. Under a meringue of foam, notes of ripe mango, orange sorbet, papaya smoothies, and passion fruit candies.

Welcome to the Machine is a rendition of Juice Machine, refined through multiple recalibrations and process adjustments. Using a generous helping of white wheat and oats, we use a new-to-us hot-side process in order to maximize hop saturation and minimize bitterness. Carrying an t bursts with notes of pineapple ice cream, fresh citrus, mango smoothies, and papaya nectar.
Pulling off this creative run took years of obsessive refinement and the custom hardware to back it up. We've made dramatic and regular brewhouse modifications to chase these new ideas, unlocking flavors and textures we simply couldn't reach at any point in our long brewing endeavors until now.
Welcome to the Machine, indeed - we're just getting warmed up.

Project: JUICED was crafted for the week-long celebration of our tropical robot. Built atop our smooth and mellow Wheat House Vodka, we blended orange curaçao, guava, and passion fruit juice. Mellow, refreshing, and with a y, we garnish it with a peel of guava fruit leather. Yum!

We've been brewing Juice Machine for over a decade, since 2014 in the corner-of-a-garage Monson days, to be exact. Our core Hazy beers represent everything we crave in a New England IPA: juicy, tropical, and bold hop character. Over time, it became more than that and truly our own Tree House style of hoppy beers.
Then we asked what we always ask: "What's next?"
We began with our juiciest selection of hops and tweaked our process in the brewhouse and on the cold side in the cellar to pull the most potent tropical aromas with an infinitesimal amount of bitterness. The glory of fruit-forward hops on full display.
We've pulled out all the stops and have an insane lineup of beers to celebrate - and a large number of art, merchandise, and other projects to boot. If you're stopping in Tree House land this week, you are in for a treat, no matter the day.
