Not every problem in your AI startup needs AI.
Before adding an AI feature, run it through three questions:
1. Does it solve a real problem? Not an impressive problem. A customer’s actual problem.
2. Is AI the right tool? Would a simple rule, search function, or standard e reliably?
3. Does the improvement justify the cost? Consider money, speed, errors, and customer experience.
If AI adds complexity without improving the outcome, reconsider it.
Your customers don’t pay for the number of AI features you have. They pay for the problem you solve..

Your AI startup needs a backup plan before it needs one.
Depending on an external AI provider isn’t automatically a bad decision. It can help you launch faster without building expensive infrastructure from scratch.
The danger is allowing that dependency to become a single are four ways to reduce the risk:
1. Know your alternatives: Identify other providers that could support your product.
2. Understand your costs: Track how API pricing affects your margins as usage grows.
3. Avoid unnecessary lock-in: Keep your core product logic separate from provider-specific features where practical.
4. Test your exit plan: Know how difficult and expensive switching providers would actually be.
You don’t need to build everything yourself.
You need enough control to keep serving customers if a partner changes the rules..

Imagine a founder who builds an AI writing platform around one model provider.
They spend months attracting customers, refining the product, and finally generating recurring revenue.
Then the provider changes its pricing.
Suddenly, the cost of serving each customer increases, and the founder’s profit margins shrink.
Switching providers isn’t simple because the product was built around the original model’s specific features.
The business is growing, but its economics are no longer in the founder’s hands.
The mistake wasn’t choosing an AI provider. It was never planning for the possibility of changing one..

Risking one’s health to earn money in one’s youth, only to spend all those hard-earned savings on doctors in old age to regain that very health, this is the greatest paradox of human existence. We become so consumed by our 8–10 hour jobs that we keep our bodies running on nothing but tea and coffee, sacrifice our sleep and consume junk food. We forget that the human body is like a machine if we fail to take care of it today, it will eventually demand its due with interest.

Don't hide the port.
Accessories become easier to choose when the connection is shown clearly. Photograph the port and the cable end instead of relying on a name a first-time buyer may not recognise.
A useful detail shot can answer a question that an expensive hero image never ation makes the comparison concrete so the idea can be understood without specialist vocabulary. Look at the object in the setting where someone encounters it, then decide which piece of information they need at that moment. That small shift in perspective gives the design a useful job.

i’m starting to think that choosing between decisions is less about finding the one without consequences and more about understanding which consequences you’re willing to live with. every choice closes some doors, opens others, and comes with a price. the goal isn’t to escape the cost of choosing, but to choose a cost you can live with.
We often ask whether a decision is right or wrong when the deeper question is which consequences we’re willing to live with.

some of your problems are consequences of the person you keep choosing to be.

i refuse to generalize an entire gender because of a few bad experiences. i’ve learned that dishonesty, manipulation, selfishness, and cruelty aren’t exclusive to men or women. they’re human flaws. a few people may give you reasons to be cautious, but they shouldn’t become the reason you condemn an entire gender.

it’s strange how we claim to love ourselves, yet give other people’s opinions more authority over our lives than our own judgment.

human beings invented money, borders, laws, institutions, and social hierarchies. then we built our lives around them until they began to feel like features of nature rather than arrangements we created.

pay attention to people who consistently interpret your independence as rejection. sometimes, what they call closeness is their expectation of having influence over your choices.

If you’re building an AI startup, don’t just think about how quickly you can grow.
Think about what could disrupt that growth.
Your AI provider could change its prices, remove a feature, or change the rules tomorrow.
Build something valuable, but don’t make your entire business depend on one thing you cannot control.
Growth is important. Resilience is part of the plan..

History’s biggest heist wasn’t gold, land or mineral resources,it was identity.
Conquerors didn’t just seize land and wealth.
They rewrote the textbooks and convinced people they had no history, laws or achievements before the ships arrived.
Trust me,most of what we call “global history” is polished fiction written and framed by the winners.
Still falling for it or are we finally waking up?

Dear friend, don't remove a habit without understanding what it does for you.
If scrolling helps you escape stress, deleting the app may leave the stress untouched.
Find a healthier way to meet the underlying need, such as taking a walk, speaking to someone, or doing a short calming activity.
Replace the function, not just the behavior.
I wish you a fun productive Friday friend 🫂 🩷🩵
