Right now, we have limited input into PFA delivery. However, we can modulate depth of lesions by altering inter-pulse delays and cycle length of pulses. This might allow for deeper lesions for PFA treatment of ventricular arrhythmias. @utedrow

"Many hands make light work"
This is a modification of a the SAFER technique for epicardial access. One EP is concentrating on needle entry and only needle entry. The other is injecting contrast and advancing the wire into the epicardial space.

Don’t skip your vegetables.
Vegetable model PFA lesion trends correlated with in vivo findings and may be used as a high throughput model before testing new PFA technology in a beating heart.

Not your typical doxorubicin indication
This study demonstrated improved lesion durability using localized delivery of doxorubicin to ablated myocardium. We used liposomes that delivered their contents to tissue at 42C. Sensitizing tissue at the time of ablation may improve outcomes.
