Sunday Krush worked out with 3x US Softball Olympian Leah Amico @leah20usa this is my second year getting to work with her. She showed us different drills to keep our fundamentals sharp and talked about the mental side of the game. We were coached by @Gannon_Softball Gannon an instructional scrimmage.

So thankful for this opportunity and to learn from someone that reached the highest level in our sport!
Video below of one of my hits from the scrimmage.

Had a great time competing with my team at the Alliance Super Cup in College Station this weekend!

Didn’t have the best time at the plate this weekend, but I stayed mentally tough, kept my head up, and made sure to contribute on defense to help my team! Every game is an row, and get better. The work doesn’t stop! Here are a few highlights from this weekend!

I was sick a couple days this week but still got out to put some work in. I am pushing myself to work on the things I’m less comfortable with like sliding for the ball behind the plate.
I just got a few clips of warming up, throwing progression, framing, blocking, and throw @AGLSoftball @UWAA_United @D1ProScouts @SoftbalAmerica @LakelandPrice @LC_LadyFalcons @Gannon_Softball @IndyaSmith55 @SBRRetweets @DirectRecruits @ncsa @UncommittedUsa @PrepSoftball @LineDsoftball @themaineventsb @TopPreps @softballhype @YAthletesF @tagupsoftball @TheProspectRadr @academy_macs @westpasports @raj_manjrekar @softballhype

I got to guest with my old Valley team on Sunday after my showcase team practice. I’m thankful for all the people in my circle thinking of me to come play with them.

It turned out to be a big day because I hit my 1st HR 💣 in a game!!

My at bats the first game were not my best. isconnected and I felt it so in between games I went to the tee to hit a few to reset myself and make some adjustments and it paid off.

There’s no video because the stream stopped halfway through the game but it’s a cool memory with lots of friends and family there.

I am getting a routine down and working on all the things that keep me fundamentally solid as an athlete. Training, nutrition, recovery and sleep all are part of the plan too.

This day I worked on
Everyday’s ☑️
Hitting☑️
Transfers☑️ I didn’t have my glove and equipment with get some reps in with some catching drills

1% better everyday and keep working toward my goals 💪🏻

Although we came up short going 3-1 with a loss to a tough Starz Gold team, I felt comfortable and confident in my pitching yesterday! After giving up a home run, I was able to keep my composure and get 2 ground balls for our last 2 outs. This week is all about prep for our PGF , SC this coming weekend. @PrepSoftball @ExtraInningSB @TheProspectRadr @LineDsoftball @QrRecruiter @TopPreps @SBRRetweets @TrueRecruitsSB @VAUnitySB @SoftballDown @softballhype @d1fastpitch1 @DiamondAddicts @raj_manjrekar
