@More_Issues 0-0?

@gmannVOLS Dudes might as well not even be on the field when it is a pass play.

@Billy_Stats Justified criticism is also not the same thing as wanting someone fired, but seems a lot of people think those two items go together for some reason

@awfulannouncing On its way to being unwatchable like the NBA. Today might have done it for me.

@realdillvols People get tired of watching the same screw ups with penalties for 6 years, it is not complicated. At some point fix it or leave. Oh, and spend your budget on QBs with experienced players. FFS

@the7maxims I don’t understand the value proposition in paying big money to a high school QB turned true freshman QB. Why? You need experienced college QBs with a couple of years playing time. Why recruit a HS QB at all? With the portal and playing in the SEC, you should be able to reload

@MeetBob69xx @Bigorangejosh Ok? The point remains they have highly overpaid for two freshman QBs in Nico and Faizon. This is a position that demands experience, and Heupel et al assured themselves of not having that on this roster. It sounds like you are excusing Heupel as having no say and that is BS.

@the7maxims Sounds similar to another rotund coach we had.

@SeanUnfiltered Yeah just set shut it down at this point.

@ESisson7 Imagine if TN could pass block or be even average in the number of offensive penalties…

@Breezy_7_ Doesn’t matter who it is when our Oline is pass blocking.

@Volquest_On3 @Brent_Hubbs If he really valued margins he wouldn’t be near the bottom of the country in penalties each year. He’d do something about it.

@GR82BTN Yep, a team perennial capable of a better record, but capped by their own lack of discipline.

@BC_1236 @BoRansom 100%. His post game answer to the question was exactly that - “A lot happens at the line yadda yadda. Should have been like the TD dive like before.” 100% saying in other words he mind f$&*%ed himself before the play. The play is hand the ball off - that’s it. Clown show.

@SECSupremacyCFB They all suck

@Bigorangejosh This was no way ever going to approach an 11 win season with freshmen QBs. Ever. 8-4 was probably the optimistic ceiling always. Now if someone had thought to go get a QB in the portal instead of dumping millions on a true freshman QB, this would be a wildly different story.

@ryanschumpert00 Ask Ellarbee. He is the pass protection guru teaching our oline.

@ClasslessVol @phantomcallvol Just like Knowles eh? Amazing what a true upgrade reveals about previous talent and scheme. Turns out we had some decent players and the old scheme really sucked. Imagine that happening on Heupel’s side. Does he want to win or does he want to be right?

@ClasslessVol The answer lies in these two questions: Will he instill more discipline and game knowledge to reduce penalties, and will he upgrade select offensive assistants? I think both have to be a yes, not sure 1 out 2 will get the job done. He can do it, but will he?

@BigBlackVols @emgovols Been that way for 6 years man. What makes you think it is going to change over the next four games after one of the worst possible examples ever costing us 3 TDs?!?!?!?
