First narrative in weeks that actually gets me interested: the biggest game launch of all time is 17 days out, and attention always finds its way onchain.
The skill isn't aping the first thing with the name slapped on it. It's positioning early and knowing which version actually tly what we work through in the Kermit whale chat.

Exactly what I’m thinking
I think the hype around GTA VI will be so immense over the coming weeks, something we have never seen before
Yes, the pvp is really annoying but solana:4kjruqGHDsSqkMdFfCjV7Vb62HPFhtXyWc2t6JpQzDnz is the only coin building an ecosystem for all GTA narratives that won’t have to pvp between eachother
it feels like a opportunity for a giga PVE play

Pretty convinced i'm gonna see a solana:4kjruqGHDsSqkMdFfCjV7Vb62HPFhtXyWc2t6JpQzDnz ecosystem running, the same way we saw the wow ecosystem running.
Right now, i've got some GTAVI
and bought some $wasted paired with solana:4kjruqGHDsSqkMdFfCjV7Vb62HPFhtXyWc2t6JpQzDnz
Any good coins with team and bagwork on this ecosystem ?
Saw you've bought some gta coins paired @sadcrissy

Day 48 of the 1300 to 1 million challenge. Market's flat, low and still joyless, and I won't fake enthusiasm I don't have.
What I am doing: protecting the stack, accumulating conviction slowly, refusing to force trades in a dead tape. Boring discipline over fake wins. That's in the chat.

Half this ecosystem right now is callout farms, proxima launches, and dressing up "exit liquidity" as onboarding.
The whale chat is the exact opposite of that.
We teach you to stop being the prey: read the wallets, spot the farm, protect your capital. Learning not to get ep one. That's the Kermit whale chat.

Everyone's picking a halloween costume and mine is just "trader who didn't sell the bottom this time".
Scariest market of the year and I'm still refreshing the chart in the dark like a maniac. Happy halloween to the trenches only.

Fitting that the scariest chart of the month lands on halloween. Red everywhere, everyone dressed as a bear.
But fear is the only thing that ever puts good coins on sale. We don't trade the costume, we trade the plan, accumulating quietly while the whole street screams.
That's the Kermit whale chat.

Gmmmm!
Time to share my thoughts on this shitty market and my plan for the coming days.
1) The current state of onchain
Right now, unless you're a trencher, forcing trades is simply -EV.
We lack a strong meta or narrative capable of pushing higher ceilings and bringing fresh , @Pumpfun and @a1lon9 have a major role to play in changing that.
Here's how :
------------
A) Give visibility to people who can raise the ceiling.
Markets follow attention. Attention brings volatility, liquidity and new participants.
That's why the people and characters Pumpfun chooses to promote matter so much.
What's better for Solana's ceiling?
- Giving visibility to @_Shadow36 or @OnlyLJC, who can bring real attention and capital into their main plays?
- Or pushing trenchers who use that visibility to farm short-lived coins and repeat the process?
=> The goal should be to create bigger opportunities, not just more launches.
------------
B) Support strong communities and their coins.
The same logic applies to coins themselves.
Imagine Pumpfun using some of its marketing reach to highlight strong communities like Neet, Buttcoin, TripleT and others.
A strong runner can create an entire narrative.
That narrative attracts new buyers, spawns beta plays and lifts activity across the chain, including the trenches.
=> One successful coin can benefit the entire ecosystem.
------------
C) Make callout rewards work better.
Rewarding callouts is a great idea from Pumpfun.
But the current system can incentivize the wrong behavior.
A typical cycle:
- A coin launches and a group with existing visibility buys in.
- They all call it out, pushing it to $200–500K.
- Callouts slow down, the coin tops, and they start derisking (they'll call it a roundtrip)
- The coin dies, while the callers collect rewards.
In practice, this can reward a short-lived pump almost as much as building a coin with lasting impact.
=> The incentives end up favoring rinse-and-repeat farming over sustained promotion.
How could it improve?
→ Introduce callout categories:
- Fibo trading
- Bottom conviction
- Gamble
- X K runner
- Other strategies
→ Differentiate rewards based on outcomes.
A coin that becomes a major runner and brings lasting attention shouldn't be rewarded the same way as a short-lived pump-and-dump.
→ Reward continued support.
If updating a callout reduces visibility and rewards, the system can incentivize creators to move on to the next coin instead of continuing to support the current one.
The goal should be to reward people who help coins grow, not simply those who generate the most callouts.
D) Understand the impact of every decision.
Every major Pumpfun action sends a signal to the market.
Who gets visibility, which behavior gets rewarded, and which coins get promoted all influence what people choose to trade.
Even squad contests can backfire if the incentives favor farming over building.
When the market focuses on who's holding a coin rather than its narrative, community or potential, trading becomes a game of following wallets and exiting before everyone else.
That creates more short-lived runners, more people getting dumped on, and a lower ceiling over time.
Pumpfun has the reach to influence this. It should use it to build a healthier, stronger onchain.
-----------------------------------------------
2) My plan for the coming days
For now:
Explore other chains and launchpads where the same handful of attention leaders don't dictate the entire lifecycle of a coin.
Touch grass and wait for better market conditions instead of forcing trades.
Sometimes, the best trade is no trade.
Time to share my thoughts on this shitty market and my plan for the coming days.

This whole tweet represents perfectly my tweet about what's wrong with pumpfun rewards.
Notes : Nothing against cap or any other people pushing these callout "farm".
The main issue is coming from how it's featured by pumpfun.

A lot of people are uneducated so I’ll spill some game. Callout rewards are based on how many people trail you into a coin, and if they actually make good profit.
SI was my biggest call yesterday from 4k to 344k which my trailers ate hard off of.
Also called a 10x they made This is the way callouts rewards are intended to work, call coins, make your followers money, get rewarded. I even roundtripped like 10k on that coin aswell.
ANYONE can do this, call good plays, gain a following and earn rewards.

Day 46 of the 1300 to 1 million challenge, and I'll be straight with you: this market is rough and the bounce just got sold.
No fake wins here. What keeps the account alive: size down, protect capital, add to conviction slowly, force nothing.
The boring survival plan is n the chat, especially on days like this.

Fed held, the market shrugged, and we're back to chopping sideways around the same level. Boring, but important.

A thing we read in the chat: when the fud gets this loud and this unanimous, it's usually late, not early.

First bit of green in a while, and the fud is still at absolute max. That combo usually points to one thing: we're close to a reset.
Bottoms aren't a price, they're a feeling, and right now everyone feels done.
That's exactly when the prep from the boring weeks pays off. The dy for this.
