And why?

Bring me your inference bill, and I'll give you a 30% discount.

Every computing wave starts with chaos, and the winners build the plumbing that makes it usable. For agents, that plumbing is identity, voice, messaging, and trusted connectivity:

Using @telnyx for inference is a no-brainer. Plus, your data stays where you are.
Same release-notes job. Same prompt. Two models.

Claude Sonnet 5.5: $14.81 per 1,000 runs
GLM-5.3 Flash on Telnyx: $0.29 per 1,000 runs

52x cheaper. Here's what I ran 🧵

if you care about startups, have a balance sheet, and you would like to backstop this at a scale that is larger than what we can, we would like to work with you

if we don't fix this, we believe the industry will consolidate into a few large credit worthy players

Truth.

If you're looking for GPUs and need a long-term partner that's been through a few cycles, and has uncorrelated revenue, look no further than @telnyx. New clusters up every month for the foreseeable future.
@chamathuch.

As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.

SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.

That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

Replying to @brettberson
@brettberson Actually, at @telnyx we win 55% of deals against them, and almost every deal that is a true jump ball (no incumbency).

A rising tide lifts all boats. They were just massively oversold, and SaaS is dead. Money has to flow somewhere. Long live infrastructure.

With Voice AI space, every vendor's outage is your outage.

Swipe for what they cost in latency, uptime, margin, and Telnyx's solution.

Almost every image model on this leaderboard was trained on images pulled from the internet.

@canva Craft took a different approach.
Canva trained it on millions of designs from its own library.

Posters, presentations, menus, and infographics made by people who actually had something to communicate.

It also used feedback from professional designers, including 25,000 image comparisons where automated evaluations disagreed with human judgment.

Craft debuted on @DesignArena today behind just 3 OpenAI models, ahead of models from Google, Meta, and ByteDance.

As more AI-generated images make their way onto the internet, models trained on that data risk learning from the output of other models.

Canva has a different source of training data.

People create more than a billion designs on Canva every month. And these are the designs people need to edit, share, present, and use.

And that gives Canva something other model labs don't have yet, a growing library of human-made designs that isn't publicly available to scrape.

Someone will probably beat Craft on the leaderboard in a few weeks if not days.
But catching up to the data Canva has spent years collecting is a different problem.
Canva Craft debuted as the world's 4th most advanced image generation model on @DesignArena with an Elo score of 1340.

It delivers exceptional visual quality and state-of-the-art text rendering, outperforming some of the world's leading frontier models.

Finally made it to 400.

Target is to get to 500 before end of the year. Let’s see if we can make it.
