An Anthropic engineer explains why he earns $350K–$950K:

“I know how to build harnesses.

99% of people still build multi-agent systems manually and wonder why they keep breaking.

I build systems that run loops, use sandboxed tools, and turn yesterday’s logs into new skills.
eliable agents that improve while you sleep.”

Opus 5.5 → Agents → Harnesses → Loops → Graphs

In a short workshop, he breaks down how to build one from scratch:

Step 1 → Manage loops, context, and sandboxing through a harness

Step 2 → Separate the brain from the tools to reach the first token 60% faster

Step 3 → Run agents server-side and recover from crashes using logs

Step 4 → Make failures recoverable with retries and replays instead of starting over

Step 5 → Turn past execution logs into new memories so the system gets smarter over time

Anthropic calls this process “dreaming.”

Most developers spend weeks building these systems manually.

This workshop shows you a faster way.

A man in rural Montana has paid for Starlink for 2 years straight. $120 a month.

That's $2,880 out of his bank account, and for 24 months he has never once opened a single setting.

His entire Starlink experience goes like this: he mounted the dish on the roof of his barn the day it arrived. He plugged in the router. He connected his phone to the WiFi network. He opened Netflix. It worked. And that was the end of his curiosity.

Before Starlink, he had a satellite connection that dropped every time it rained and a DSL line that topped out at 3 Mbps. So when Starlink showed up and he could finally stream a movie without it buffering, he felt like he'd won the lottery. "Fast enough. Reliable enough. Good enough." That's what he told everyone at church, at the feed store, at his daughter's softball games.

But lately, something had been bugging him. His video calls with his grandkids kept freezing at the exact same time every evening. His wife's tablet kept dropping off the WiFi when she walked to the kitchen. His son-in-law visited and said, "Your internet feels slow," and he got defensive and said, "It's satellite. It is what it is."

Then last Sunday, over the fence between their properties, his neighbor mentioned in passing that he also ran Starlink. The neighbor is a retired network engineer who spent 30 years building networks for a telecom company. He listened to the complaints, took a sip of his coffee, and said something that made the man stop mid-sentence:

"How long have you been running it on factory settings?"

"What do you mean, factory settings?"

His neighbor just smiled, and said:

"Pull out your phone. Open the Starlink app. When's the last time you did that?"

The man had to think about it. He hadn't opened the app since the day he installed it. 2 years ago.

Here's what happened next: 🧵

The US construction industry needed 439,000 new workers in 2025, according to one industry group. This video says the answer is a robot on bamboo scaffolding.

Watch the bottom left corner in the first few seconds before you share it. There's a human hand in a red glove down .

The robot balances on a few bamboo poles, plasters right up to the ceiling and never once looks down.

There's no brand on it. No company, no city, no job site. I couldn't find where the clip came from.

Real humanoid robots are still slow at this kind of work. Japan's HRP-5P made headlines just for putting up drywall on its own, and it still struggled with a screwdriver.

Plastering robots do exist. An Israeli startup called Okibo makes machines that spray, sand and paint walls. They look like an arm on wheels, not a person on a ladder.

Fact-checkers keep tracing clips of humanoid "miracle" robots back to AI video channels.

The case for the robot: the worker shortage is real. The same group says the industry needs 499,000 more workers in 2026. Someone will automate plastering. It just won't look like this yet.

So would you hire this robot, or the guy in the red glove?

A 19-year-old Japanese student built a trading bot with Claude Code in 2 days.

Used his iPad as a second monitor.

First night: $6,732 profit.
Starting capital: $68.

Total profit so far: $750,000.

Here's how it works:

The bot scans over 50 markets simultaneously.

Syncs live very second.

Spots price errors before humans even notice.

The edge is pure speed + pattern recognition.

While traders stare at charts trying to predict the next move, his bot is already executing on mispricing across dozens of markets.

No guessing.
No emotions.
No hesitation.

Just Claude Code logic finding gaps that close in seconds.

He built the entire system in 48 hours:

→ Claude Code handles the trading logic
→ Binance API feeds real-time BTC data
→ iPad displays multi-market monitoring
→ Executes trades when arbitrage windows open

The system runs 24/7.

Every price dislocation = profit opportunity.

Most people are still trading manually, refreshing charts, second-guessing entries.

Meanwhile this 19-year-old engineering student turned $68 into $750K by letting Claude Code do what humans can't: process 50 markets instantly and execute without fear.

Why are people still trading manually?

💡I'm giving away the exact Claude Code setup for free.
