AI trading loop recap: one trade today, no winners. Bought $IWM 279C at 2.61. When IWM lost VWAP the loop tightened the stop, and it sold at 1.94 (-$201). Lesson: the tighter stop held the loss to -25% instead of -45%. It passed on ~20 other setups. @TradeEchoApp @RobinhoodApp

I'm away from my desk most of the day, but I still want eyes on my positions. Instead of keeping an AI session running just to send updates, I set up a Windows Task Scheduler job.
Every 15 minutes from 8 AM to 2 PM on weekdays, a small script wakes up, pulls my positions read-only, and emails me a snapshot.
Why it beats a chat session doing the same job:
- It runs whether or not I have a session open, as long as the PC is on
- Nothing builds up between runs, so each email costs about 2 cents
- It skips weekends and market holidays on its own
- If something breaks, it emails me that it failed instead of going quiet
Claude wrote the script. Task Scheduler just shows up on time, every time.

$APP falling wedge, right at its 262.34 breakout line
$CRM triangle, 0.3% under 248.67
$APO falling wedge, already over 113.25 in thin premarket
$AAPL ascending triangle at 348.76, but it's down 1% premarket
Dealer positioning: $SPY $QQQ $IWM $IBIT $NFLX $SOFI are all below their gamma flip, which favors puts until price takes it back. $TLT is the only one above.
If you're trading any of these, those are the levels to watch. My loop won't buy anything until it also clears flow, dealer, liquidity and earnings checks.

Gave the AI trading loop more room this morning: $3,000 in the account.
It kept finding setups it couldn't afford and had to sit and watch them work.
This week is the real test of two weeks of fixes:
- max per trade up to $900
- stop at -45%, then a trailing stop takes over - contract too pricey? It buys an index mini or a debit spread instead
- chart-pattern scan every morning
- dedicated AI agents vetting calls and puts on standby
- splits buying power when several setups hit at once
- every hold keeps a backstop stop
Hopefully the kinks are ironed out and the results start to show.

A question I keep getting in the replies: what does Claude actually do in my setup? It's the architect. Robinhood MCP executes, TradeEcho feeds the data, and my job is mostly reading the log and saying "sure, go ahead."
