Carl Phillips at the Observatory in Princeton had been tracking the meteorite from outer space for the past two weeks, that was of very unusual size. It seems to have come down at the Wilmuth farm, Grovers Mill, New Jersey about 40 minutes ago.
It's now half t must have struck with terrific force. The ground is covered with splinters of a tree, that it must have struck on its way down. From what they can see of the object itself, it doesn’t look very much like a meteor, at least not the meteors they have seen. It looks more like a huge cylinder, and it has a diameter of 90ft.
