College football coaches,

Save the dates:

In Leadership, YOU can do a million things RIGHT, but some people will only remember that ONE thing that YOU did WRONG! Always stand 10-toes down on YOUR Character, because it matters! #TinkLead

In Leadership, just because YOU failed doesn’t mean that YOU should attempt to kill someone else’s dream! Leaders can LEAD at any level, especially in a school system! #TinkLead

I don’t know what else a college needs to see.. @MorelandZaiden can play on either side of the ball! Stretch the field or cover it sideline to sideline! Someone is gonna strike gold when they finally pull the trigger on offering him!

The public education teacher and coaching shortage is REAL in 🇺🇸! The lack of pay, unruly students, unrealistic parents and responsibilities are driving many educators out, while others refuse to even get in the business! Who will educate the future generations to come?

Leadership is lonely when the right decision makes you unpopular in the room! #TinkLead

Unrealistic parent expectations in high school football, usually runs off good coaches!

Great visit at UGA this week and got an opportunity to meet the New Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc! I felt like a proud dad especially with @8D1bound crossing the burning sands and now becoming my brother!

HS 🏈 Parents,

Before you complain about your 🏈 coaches, I encourage you 2 show your hand in the form of💰 donations to the program! You NEVER know the lack of resources that some programs face or the amount of personal 💰 and time that coaches have spent on the program!

Coaches,
@MCAOFGA @SportsFre

TGITU - Thank God It’s Tuesday!

When you tell people No and establish boundaries, it reveals who they really are! #TinkLead

Stay the course! Rome wasn’t built overnight!
