Unfortunately family life was very difficult for me. I didn't just mask at school, but I had to mask at home too.

I haven't really talked about family life before because it used to be too hard to talk about, but this changed recently.

In this podcast episode we talk about what family life is/ was like, but more importantly we share what we think parents should know when it comes to raising an autistic young person.

And it was great to do this alongside some awesome guests.

If there is one word I would use to describe 2024 it would be *INTENSE*

Every year I think “this is the year when things become easy and we can relax” and every year I am proven wrong😂

This year has been tough because we have grown so quickly, but it has also been magical

I think I have come to terms with the fact that things are always going to be wild here. After 4.5 years of SG it would be strange to expect anything else!

In the last few months we have had lots of feedback from the community around what is working and what our next steps

should look like, and we are very excited to reflect, learn and make plans for the future in the New Year, so that we are the best we can be - because the young people we support deserve the best!
