4th FG Unit Session in the books powered by @TrackManFB ✅. Last session is 10/18 4:30pm Shawnee Mission Northwest High School
We have a new leader up top heading into the final session on 10/18. @AustinRyan13687 dominated during the session. @colin_zimbelman and their crew as the highest riser in the session. As always @Quinton__Hardy of Olathe South was there to hold.
We had a major emphasis on being below a 1.40 op time. Even if you made the kick if you were above a 1.40 op time it counted as a miss.
Treat every rep you take with your unit just like a game. The more you operate above a 1.40 the more likely the kick will be blocked! Train to be uncomfortable so when you get into the games you feel comfortable.
