REPORT: Church attendance among Gen Z has quadrupled in the UK, reversing the trend of declining Christian affiliation.
Gen Zers, many of whom didn’t even grow up in the church, say Christianity is providing them with answers they can’t find anywhere else.
“In 2018, just 4% of at they attended church at least monthly. Today, says The Quiet Revival, this has risen to 16% with young men increasing from 4% to 21%, and young women from 3 to 12%,” Bible Society reported.
“On some metrics, this data says that young people are actually more likely to be weekly religious attendees than millennials are,” said former pastor Ryan Burge to Vox.
“This is huge, we’ve never seen that before. We always assumed religion’s going to continue to decline, and it doesn’t look like that decline is continuing.”
According to the New York Times, the Catholic Church has baptized over 17,000 people in France, the highest yearly number in over 20 years.

🚨🇮🇹 DEVELOPING: 271 ITALIAN SCHOOLS RECEIVED BOMB THREATS - INCLUDING A THREAT AGAINST A RYANAIR FLIGHT
On 2 November, a mass email containing bomb threats was sent to 271 schools across Italy, including eight in Rome.
Multiple schools were evacuated as police and bomb d.
The email claimed to originate from Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), but there is no evidence establishing Iranian involvement.
Crucially, the same email also threatened Ryanair flight FR4438 from Riga, Latvia, to Rome Fiumicino.
Flight records confirm that FR4438 was operating that morning and was airborne when the threatening email was received.
The aircraft landed in Rome. I have not yet found confirmation of a separate security inspection.
This comes amid a wider wave of European aviation bomb threats, including two other Ryanair aircraft searched in Rome on 3 November.
Italy also experienced a separate wave of mass bomb threats against schools on 19 October.
Whether these incidents are connected remains under investigation.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said in an address today that the Polish Border Guard detected suspicious activity last night, noting that officers acted swiftly to prevent a potential provocation.
The incident follows a warning from allied intelligence services, relayed to ugh the Military Intelligence Service last week, regarding the risk of provocations along the Polish-Russian border.
In recent days, large numbers of police officers, Border Guard personnel, and GROM commandos have also been deployed to the area. The order placing police forces on full readiness is set to remain in effect until November 8th.
