Can lowering infusion pressure during cataract surgery improve clinical outcomes?

Our latest study summary video shows promising results:

✅ Decreased balanced salt solution (BSS) use and cumulative dissipated energy (CDE) during phacoemulsification
✅ Eliminated reverse ed summed ocular inflammation score (SOIS) and corneal edema (day 1)
✅ Resulted in smaller increases in corneal thickness (day 1) and densitometry (days 1 and 7)
