Demography is destiny. There are now fifty million Muslims in Europe, with more arriving every day. And while the fertility rate for the indigenous Europeans at 1.6 is below the replacement level of 2.1, the Muslim fertility that the Muslim share of the European population will steadily increase. This is one version of what is known as the “Great Replacement.”

Being Jewish, I have a deep connection to this land and understand how important history, faith, and heritage are to a people. That’s exactly why I think Christians should be paying attention to what is happening in Bethlehem.
Bethlehem is the birthplace of Jesus Christ. It’s cant places in Christianity, yet today it sits in the West Bank under Palestinian Authority administration, and its Christian population has declined dramatically over the years.
This isn’t just politics. It’s about history, faith, and the people who have called this land home for generations.
I may be Jewish, but I recognize how important Bethlehem is to Christians. And I think it’s time more Christians spoke up about what is happening to their communities in the very birthplace of their faith.
We should never forget the history of a people or allow their connection to their heritage to be erased. I believe that applies to Christians just as much as it does to Jews.
