I am an American citizen.

I hold the nationality of this country. I live under its Constitution. And I demand that this Constitution be respected as it was written , not as it is interpreted according to mood, interest, or pressure.
The First Amendment is clear. Congress shall he freedom of speech. This text was not written for politicians. It was not written for the media. It was not written for platforms. It was written for the citizen. It was written for me.
I have an opinion about what I see around me. I have a position on politics, on alliances, on political money, on who influences American decisions and who pays the price of that influence. This opinion is mine. This position is my right. Defending it is not a favor from anyone. It is a constitutional right.
American politicians:
You are not the source of this right. You are bound by it. The Constitution did not give you the power to decide which opinion is acceptable and which is dangerous, which speech is permitted and which speech must be silenced. You are employees of the people, not guardians of their conscience.
If my opinion bothers you, that is not proof that it is unconstitutional. If my words contradict an official narrative or the interests of a powerful group, that does not strip them of protection. The First Amendment exists first of all to protect uncomfortable speech , not the speech that pleases you.
I am not asking you to agree with my opinion. I am asking you for something simpler and clearer: abide by the text. Stop treating freedom of speech as a grant that can be withdrawn the moment a citizen disagrees with you. Remember that the government has no authority to punish a citizen for saying what he sees, so long as his speech is political opinion and not a threat or incitement to imminent violence.
This is not an article for debate. This is a reminder.
I take refuge in the text of the Constitution, not in anyone’s kindness. I take refuge in the spirit of the First Amendment as it was written, not as it is redefined every day. Whoever wants to answer me, let him answer with argument. Attempting to silence a citizen, intimidate him, or brand him because he used his right is a violation of the spirit of the document you swore to protect.
This is my opinion. This is my right. And this is my Constitution.

When an individual betrays their principles and beliefs for the sake of personal gainً.. or for a handful of money from a foreign nation ..the American people have come to recognize such things.

The President’s office released a video with one purpose: to spread fear in the hearts of Americans and portray the Muslim , wherever he is as a symbol of terrorism and destruction. A baseless accusation and free demonization that collapses in the face of reality.
Muslim are a source of security, stability, and productivity. They integrate quietly, respect the laws, and are only provoked when attacked.
As for the fires and destruction in their homelands, the real question is: who funds and supports them? The answer is clear: successive American administrations.
When people flee those countries seeking a safe life, integrate, and become law-abiding citizens, they are accused of corruption and terrorism and their citizenship is questioned. This is in a country that claims to have the greatest constitution protecting citizenship, while it is the biggest beneficiary of Islamic and Arab nations through deep ties and investments.
Enough deception. American people, wake up from this cheap Hollywood film. Muslims are not your enemies they are the victim being served to you today.

ضجيج الانتخابات.

من الخطأ الاعتقاد بأن التصريحات ذات السقف المرتفع، والحملات الإعلامية، والإعلانات الانتخابية المدفوعة مسبقاً، هي التي تصنع الأحداث أو ترسم مساراتها قبيل انتخابات التجديد النصفي الأمريكية المقررة في الثالث من نوفمبر. فالإعلام، على الرغم من قدرته على التأثير انعكاساً للقرار السياسي والواقع الميداني، لا بديلاً عنهما. السياسة هي التي تُنتج الحدث، بينما يقتصر دور الإعلام والحملات على ترديد صداه وتكثيفه.
يشهد المشهد السياسي الأمريكي في هذه المرحلة تصعيداً خطابياً واضحاً من كلا الحزبين. يرفع الرئيس دونالد ترامب سقف الخطاب الجمهوري، داعياً أنصاره إلى التعامل مع الاقتراع وكأن اسمه مدرج على ورقة الاقتراع، ومصوّراً الخصوم باليسار المتطرف أو الشيوعيين، ومحذراً من العودة إلى ما يصفه بـ«العصر المظلم»، مع ربط وعود مالية مشروطة ببقاء السيطرة الجمهورية على الكونغرس. في المقابل، يرفع الديمقراطيون ومرشحوهم، بمن فيهم كامالا هاريس، سقف الخطاب المضاد، محولين حالة الغضب إلى دعوة مباشرة للتصويت، ومصورين الإدارة الحالية بالفساد واللامبالاة، ومطالبين بمشاركة انتخابية «أكبر من أن تُزوَّر».
غير أن هذا التصعيد الخطابي، وما يرافقه من إنفاق إعلاني قياسي، لا يصنع المسار الفعلي للانتخابات. فمراكز القرار الحقيقية تبقى بعيدة عن الضجيج الإعلامي والتجمعات والبطولات الخطابية. ما يحدده الناخب في نهاية المطاف هو مزيج من المعطيات الاقتصادية — وعلى رأسها ارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة وتأثيرات الحرب — والحسابات السياسية داخل واشنطن، وتوازن القوى المرتقب داخل مجلسي النواب والشيوخ. أما الإعلام والحملات، فهما يرددان صدى هذه الحسابات ويضخمانها، دون أن يبتكران الحدث أو يفرضان نتيجته.

وعليه، فإن المزايدات والتصريحات عالية السقف، مهما بلغت حدتها، تبقى في دائرة الصدى. السياسة هي التي تصنع الحدث، وكل ما عداها تابع لها.
#الانتخابات_الامريكيه

من الغريب أن يصل بعض الأشخاص إلى مرحلةٍ يصبح فيها وجودهم ثقيلًا على قلوبٍ كانت يومًا لا تملّ من قربهم.. أشخاصٌ كانوا محور الاهتمام ، وتُقدَّم لهم المشاعر بصدقٍ ورضا ، وتُغتفر لهم الهفوات رغبةً في بقاء الودّ ، ثم يمضون في استنزاف هذا الحبّ بتصرّفاتهم ، وكأنّ ما يُمنح لهم لا يمكن ه..
لكنّ المشاعر مهما بلغت قوّتها ، ليست بمنأى عن التغيّر.. فالتجاهل المتكرّر ، والقسوة ، والاستهانة بما يقدّمه الآخرون ، قد تنقل الإنسان من شدة التعلّق إلى الرغبة في الابتعاد ، ثم إلى نفورٍ لم يكن يتخيّل يومًا أن يشعر به تجاه من أحبّهم..
وقد يصل الأمر إلى أن يتذكّرهم دون حنين ، وأن يتمنّى ألّا تجمعه بهم صدفة ، وأن يصبح ما كان يسعده في حضورهم مصدر ضيقٍ لا يريد العودة إليه..
وهنا لا يكون السؤال عمّا إذا كان الحبّ قد كان حقيقيًا ، بل عمّا جعل بعض الأشخاص يفرّطون فيه بهذه السهولة..
هل كانت لحظات العناد تستحقّ خسارة قلوبٍ أحبّتهم؟
وهل كان التمسّك بالرأي ، أو الانتصار للنفس في كلّ خلاف ، أو الاستهانة بالمشاعر ، يستحقّ أن ينتهي بهم الأمر إلى أن يصبحوا أشخاصًا لا يرغب الآخرون حتى في استعادة ما كان بينهم؟
فبعض ما نكسبه حين نُصرّ على تصرّفاتنا لا يعوّض ما نخسره بسببها..
وقد ينتصر الإنسان لموقفٍ عابر ، ثم يكتشف أنّه خسر بسببه مشاعرَ كان من الصعب أن تتكرّر..
فهل كان الأمر يستحقّ حقًّا كلّ هذا؟

يقضة.

لا تُعنِق الظّلَّ الذي وَلّى، فَدربُ الأمسِ قد طُوِيَ، وما قُدّرَ لِخُطاك آتٍ لا مَحالَة، وما فاتَك لم يكُن سِوى خيرةٍ خُفِيَت عن عَينَيك.. إمضِ بِثَباتٍ ويَقين، واجعَل قلبَك مُعَلّقاً بِمَن لا يَضيع عِندُه وَدائِع الصابرين..

"اللهم ارزُقنا السكينة، وعَوّضنا خَيرًا، واجعَل القادم أجمَل بِرضاك ويَقيننا بك"

أحيانًا ، نطلب أشياء لا نكون مستعدّين تمامًا لمواجهتها..
كأن نطلب الصراحة ، ثم نتألّم حين تكشف لنا ما لا نحبّ سماعه ، ونرغب في أن يفهمنا الآخرون ، بينما نعجز عن إخبارهم بما يدور في داخلنا ، ونطالب بالاهتمام ، ثم نتظاهر بأننا لا نحتاج إليه..
وربما لا يكون الأمر خداعًا بقدر ما هو نستطيع احتماله..
فهناك أشياء نرغب فيها ما دامت تمنحنا شعورًا جميلًا ، لكنّنا نتردّد حين تضعنا أمام حقيقةٍ مؤلمة ، أو مسؤوليةٍ لم نستعدّ لها ، أو تغييرٍ يقتضي منّا التخلّي عن شيء اعتدناه..
قد نقضي وقتًا طويلًا في انتظار ما نريد ، دون أن نسأل أنفسنا إن كنّا مستعدّين فعلًا لاستقباله حين يأتي..
فليس من السهل دائمًا أن نواجه الحقيقة التي طلبناها ، أو نكشف المشاعر التي تمنّينا أن يفهمها الآخرون ، أو نقبل التغيير الذي طالما تمنّيناه..
فهل نعرف حقًّا ما نريده ، أم أنّنا نحبّ الفكرة ما دامت بعيدة ، ثم نتردّد حين تصبح واقعًا يطلب منّا موقفًا واضحًا؟

حين تمنح بعض الأشخاص قيمةً أكبر من حقيقتهم ، أو ترفع سقف توقّعاتك منهم ، فأنت لا تعرّض نفسك للخذلان إذا خالفوا ظنّك فحسب ، بل تضع نفسك أيضًا تحت ضغطٍ مستمر لتبدو أمامهم بالصورة التي تليق بالمكانة التي منحتهم إياها ..
تبدأ في مراجعة كلماتك ، وحساب تصرّفاتك ، وإخفاء ما قد لا يعجبهم رتهم إليك أو تهتزّ الصورة التي تحرص على أن يروك بها ، ومع الوقت ، قد تجد نفسك تتخلّى عن عفويتك ، وتبالغ في إرضائهم ، وتحمّل نفسك مسؤولية الحفاظ على علاقةٍ لا تشعر فيها بالراحة..
وهكذا ، لا تعود المشكلة في توقّعاتك منهم وحدهم ، بل في القيود التي تفرضها على نفسك ، فبدلًا من أن تكون العلاقة مساحةً تتصرّف فيها بطبيعتك ، تتحوّل إلى عبءٍ تحاول فيه باستمرار أن تكون جديرًا بنظرتهم ، لأنك حين بالغت في تقديرهم ، بالغت أيضًا في تقدير أثر أحكامهم عليك ..
فلا تجعل أحدًا يحتلّ في نظرتك مكانةً تجعلك تشعر بأن عليك أن تكون مثاليًا أمامه ..
فالعلاقة التي تضطر فيها إلى مراقبة نفسك طوال الوقت كي تحافظ على صورتك ، تسلبك شيئًا من حريتك قبل أن تمنحك ما كنت تنتظره منها ..

يقضة.

تَأسُرُنا البِدايات البَرّاقَة وتُبهِرنا مَظاهِر الحياة، لكنّ القلوب لا تَهدَأ إلا على ضِفاف الدّفء والأصل واليَقين؛ فَما يُلامِس الروح بِصِدق هو وَحدُه الباقي، والأثمَن في رِحلَة العُمر.
