SQLGrease now has some new integrations with query store. Keep up the good work @Microsoft and we'll keep improving our products to take full advantage of @SQLServer performance features.

New feature to kick off 2019. SQLGrease integrates into the lightweight plan profiler available in SQL Server 2016 sp1 and later. View actual stats on a second by second basis of where an execution in spending time in a plan.
