Let me clarify something.
After the main story of #PoppyPlaytime, I think these follow specifically:
The factory is then bought by someone else, has it check for inspection and had the authorities involves.
Authorities involved after human organs and dead bodies discovered, wasn't the new owners fault by the way.
Then the entire factory building is demolished after inspection (factory was in a uninhabitable state [red smoke, falling floors and ceilings, and caved in walls]) and rebuilt from the ground up, beginning a new legacy. Out with the old, in with the new.
The factory officially reopens in 2027 with limited staff, no visitors. They had a big hit with the #SmilingCritters and were once again profitable.
The same classic toys they had were still there, but one exception... NO EXPERIMENTS ON HUMANS!
The new owner didn't want a repeat of what happened from 95-05.
They had costumes, which is much better and less painful, to help out those who needed help.
