2024: Ukraine £270m, Afghanistan £192m, Ethiopia £182m, Syria £158m, Somalia £143m, Yemen £142m, Sudan £141m, Palestine £138m, Nigeria £138m.
2025: Ukraine £271m, Yemen £149m, Afghanistan £145m, Nigeria £142m, Sudan £141m, DRC £136m, Somalia £135m, Ethiopia £132m.
2026 data incomplete; Ukraine protected ~£240m with overall cuts underway. Much ODA is multilateral, regional or in-UK refugee costs, not direct country grants.
